I’ ve been doing a lot of pre and post operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage lately. The most common question I get asked is “Is there anything I can do at home to help with the healing/recovery process?” My answer is always if you aren’t already, start taking at least 1000 mgs of Vitamin C.
