***Build a team that wants to work for you***. Today was day 1 of our 3 day Q4 meeting with our caregivers. State of the business meeting. I believe that keeping our caregivers informed of the health of the business is important. Not only did we discuss how we are doing but we also celebrated Thanksgiving with them. We have two more meetings coming up to make sure we get to celebrate with all our caregivers.
