Allison is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of healthcare experience. She earned her degree in Nursing from Covenant School of Nursing in 2015, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Texas A&M University in 2017, and her Master of Science in Nursing/FNP from Maryville University in 2023.

Throughout her career, Allison has developed a strong and diverse clinical background, with experience in Medical/Surgery, Emergency, Pain Management and more. She now brings her expertise to Community Healthcare Center, where she is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our patients and families.

Please join us in welcoming Jimena Lavalle, APRN-CNM, a Certified Nurse Midwife, to Community Healthcare Center!

Jimena earned her nursing degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and went on to complete her master’s degree with a concentration in Nurse-Midwifery at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. She is a certified nurse-midwife through the American Midwifery Certification Board.

With graduate-level clinical training, Jimena provides women’s health care, including prenatal and postpartum care, gynecological services, and more. She is skilled in comprehensive assessment and evidence-based care and is passionate about delivering care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

As a bilingual provider, Jimena is dedicated to making care accessible for our patients.

We are excited to have her on our team—welcome, Jimena!
