Next step of the applesauce saga. I decided to make some cinnamon apple protein muffins for the week. They just came out of the oven!
Smell good, taste and texture good, but not the level of apple flavor I hoped for. Back to the drawing board on this one. They did pass the taste test with the family so they'll still get consumed this week. 🥳 🎉
