It’s time to grow!
Yes it seems as if our Facebook has gone dark as we navigate where we’re going and how we’re growing.
For now: we’re still seeing established and fitness clients for massage only. (“Established” Includes trades & preauthorized gift cards)
No new clients are being accepted via online booking.
If you’d like a waitlist for new clients, there’s a submission form on our website.
I would like to say that our tiny makeshift massage room is now a temporary location as we decide what our next steps are.
No matter what, it is time to make a move to the future.
I am so grateful to be supported in such a tiny and less than ideal space as we forge ahead through degrees and business ownership.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for seeing me through this period of my life as a full time student, business owner, and human.

We are a ZERO TOLERANCE licensed, insured, and professional massage therapy clinic ‼️ If you want to step over every single orange traffic cone set in place that says “‼️we’re trained health professionals‼️” and meant to deter solicitation of illegal services, you will be given your red flag dunce hat. Included but not limited to: being added to a city wide blacklist with all other therapists in network, forwarded to local authorities, and contacting of your mother. RESPECT MASSAGE THERAPY‼️DO NOT BOOK FOR ANYTHING ILLEGITIMATE.

Happy Thanksgiving weekend and Happy Small Business Saturday! I have loved being a business owner in all of its shapes and phases and I’m so grateful to any and all supporters from the beginning to now! I have so much enjoyed the creativity of building a business and exploring the science of my craft. While we’ve been in a deep maintenance phase of business while full time in school, that is coming to a pause and we’re nearing a corner with intentions of growth through massage therapy and movement again. While Black Friday was too soon for us to run specials, be on the look out in December & Christmas! We will have more hours available for bookings, gift cards, and specials! Thank you all for following our journey over the last 5 years. Can’t wait to see you all again in December & 2026. 🙏

I sat on this a long time. I have entertained the idea of other projects, ideas, and aliases but never committed to changing THIS page, the established business page. Why now?
The change is just too vast and while I have ideas about how this will grow, NOTHING is in stone (is it ever? 🤪) while I am expanding at such a rapid rate academically.
Change is expected, change is the goal!
I don’t wish to move forward as a company, but rather as myself, the voice, the professional, the brand.
Synergy Mvmnt had a preconceived idea and boundaries, a literal space that no longer exists.
I don’t believe I will rebuild a commercial gym space, at least not anytime soon, nor alone.
Reestablishing through a personal brand feels limitless with space to move, pivot, and change and that’s what I need at this time.
I’m no longer just a product or service but a voice, authority (respectfully), communicator, innovator, and a facilitator of wellness.
This will probably be the last post like this before we move on to new programming!
Mostly I wanted to give further visibility and connection to the formal changes.
Onwards and upwards! 🥂
Also, I loved this logo with my whole chest. I designed it 100% on my own. 🥳🥰

Ok, I guess it’s time to come clean! I debated sharing this or just going about business as usual but we DOWNSIZED our commercial space at the end of May back to just a massage treatment room.
Going back to school wasn’t in the 5 year plan of owning a business but that’s what happened.
Do I regret any steps thus far? Absolutely not.
Our education has made the goals GRANDEUR and much more expansive, even if that means a step backwards.
What does this mean and where are we going from here?
•We have lots and lots of plans in the works but we’d much rather show than tell- stay tuned!
•We are still able to offer massage sessions in a familiar location, just a slightly different overall experience, which we get it! It’s not the same. But we’re still here to rebuild with the very foundations that started our relationship to health, wellness, and exercise science; MASSAGE.
•Our modalities, services, and online presence are subject to rapidly change as we connect the dots between bodywork and fitness- we can be your bridge between passive & active care and the role you can play in your own health & expression.
Thank you to anyone who stayed to read this, to those of you that will continue following despite rebuilding a whole practice, to those of you that have supported thus far, all of you have made it possible to grow as a professional and to be a business owner, neither of which I would change the challenge of.
