Today was a quiet reminder of why I do the work I do— I am endlessly grateful to know women who are strong beyond words — women who continue to show up, even when their inner world feels heavy. It is an honor to hold space for them to soften, to exhale, and to release what weighs heavy😔

“Healing” is spoken about so loudly right now—
“Trending” if you will.
But true healing is rarely visible🫣

The women doing the deepest work are not broadcasting it to the world. They’re not posting the latest sound bath or talking about what they visualized.

They are carrying grief, trauma, overwhelm, and unspoken pain — while still tending to everyone and everything around them.

I share the gifts✨ I have been entrusted with — reiki energy work, sound healing, massage, and safe, intentional touch — to create a sacred pause😌

A space where the nervous system can settle.
Where the body can release what the mind has been holding.
Where emotions are welcomed, not apologized for.

Today, two women apologized to me for crying.
For bringing “too much” energy. And that hit me…
