THIS...............attachment to and attention to the external "reality" makes it impossible to create one's own *life* extremely difficult.
We’ve become conditioned to view the unknown as a scary place – because, in survival, we run from it. But if we can become greater than the body; greater than every element in our outer environment (our 3-D reality), then we can learn to relax into the present moment – and relax into the unknown.
The unknown is where possibility exists. And when we’re in that elegant present moment, our experience of time tends to alter. As we slow our body down, our brain waves also slow down – and that tends to make time seem elongated.
We all can learn how to overcome ourselves – how to slow down our bodies, our brain waves, and our sense of time. When we do, our autonomic nervous system begins to regulate back into order. And, all of a sudden, we have a sense of energy; of euphoria; of freedom, of clarity.
We start feeling more at home; more like ourselves. We forget about all the things we have to do. We forget about what happened yesterday. We stop analyzing and overthinking – which is what we tend to do when we feel threatened; when stress hormones are running high.
When we learn how to find that generous present moment and relax in the unknown – dissociating from our body; our environment; our sense of time … when we disentangle ourselves from the predictable future and the familiar past, we get a reboot in our nervous system.
When we disinvest our attention from our 3-D reality, that's when we enter the unknown. And that’s when the door to creation – that mystical moment – really opens.
