We had the opportunity during the recent KAD meeting to hear from Chris Haulmark presenting the difference between the Crab Theory and the Dolphin Theory. I appreciate the encouragement for us to lean into this concept found within the Dolphin Theory and I asked him if he could send a video explaining these theories so I can also share the word!
