Aspen, we are excited to welcome you to our team! You’re an amazing therapist and person. We are honored to have you join our group.

After a lot of reflection, prayer, and conversations, Joy of Movement Physical Therapy & Wellness is partnering with Stay Home Solutions for Seniors to serve our insurance clients.

This shift wasn’t easy. My heart has always been in being present with my clients, providing hands-on care and building treatment plans that truly serve people. But the reality is that the administrative side of running an insurance-based business pulled me farther away from that purpose—and away from precious family time.

Paulette Heter, the owner of Stay Home Solutions for Seniors, has walked alongside me as a coworker, a fellow business owner, and a friend. Over this past year she has heard my heart, supported my struggles, and reminded me that it’s okay to choose a path that brings me back to joy and balance. Partnering with her allows me to step out from behind the desk and step back into the work and connection that matter most.

✨What this means:
• Insurance clients will now be seen through Stay Home Solutions for Seniors
• Cash-pay services and educational offerings will continue through Joy of Movement
• I’ll still be coaching for Rock Steady Boxing and now have more time to help grow our virtual RSB program
• And most importantly… I’ll have more time to be truly present—with my clients and with my family
