βI want to recognize someone who keeps us all on track, and somehow manages to do it with a smile that can be heard through the phone. As someone who schedules patients, you juggle a lot every single day. Doctorsβ preferences, phone calls, changes, and the occasional chaos; and you do it with the brightest personality Iβve ever seen.
But what really makes you special is your bubbly personality. You bring so much energy and positivity into the workplace that itβs contagious, in the best way possible. Patients feel it, coworkers feel it, and Iβm pretty sure even the phone and computer feel it. You have this amazing ability to turn a routine call into a pleasant experience and a busy day into something a little brighter for everyone around you. You are humble beyond compare, always willing to learn and never seek recognition for doing above and beyond. Jorge, thank you for keeping our patients happy, and keeping the good vibes flowing. We truly appreciate everything you do, and weβre lucky to have our very own ray of sunshine in the call center!β
