This time of the semester can feel stressful and draining. When stress starts to build up, you may notice that you have low energy even after a good night's rest, or you're having trouble concentrating in class. These could be signs of burnout.

To help reduce stress, take some time in the next week to practice self care. Whether you play a game with friends or go on a short walk, these strategies can make it easier to get through stressful times.

Lastly, as the upcoming break gets closer, remember that you deserve to take a break.
