The absence of safety keeps us in survival. It keeps us in our self-created identity and it keeps us distanced from our full potential. You must welcome everything within you and begin to return to a place of safety. Because in the absence of safety, evolution cannot occur. In the absence of safety, you can't be all that you are here to be. When you return to safety, you have the ability to take the practical steps every day that you need to take right now on behalf of not just yourself, but people that you love with all of your heart.

I think I found the Nectar of the Gods! I have been making water kefir for my husband for several years now, but I have never acquired a taste for his black cherry kefir.
Kefir is a healthy version of soda pop. The grains "eat" the sugars in the recipe and replace it with naturally occurring probiotics and natural effervescence.
Then yesterday, I decided to throw a couple organic frozen strawberries into one of the 2nd ferments.
The second picture is of my black cherry, blueberry and strawberry kefirs. Not only are they so good for you and your guy health, but they are beautiful too!
I am now IN LOVE with my '"new brew". This summer is gonna be great. Strawberry Kefir is my new friend!
