🎄‼️NEW ORDER DEADLINE FOR ORNAMENTS‼️🎄
Friends, I went back to teaching full time this year. Who knew how much more full-time would take out of me as compared to part-time😵‍💫 There is seriously no tired like teacher-tired! I am in 3 different middle schools co-teaching band. 3 schools also means triple the concerts....we know how the holiday seasonal school programs are.
The thing is, I really REALLY love making these ornaments. ❤️....but my time is also precious to me during this very busy era of my life.
With that, I must bump up my order due date to 🎄NOVEMBER 1🎄 I am so sorry it is so early but I want to make sure I am able to handle the amount of orders along with my daytime job

As always, I will take orders after Nov 1st but I can't guarantee they will be finished before Christmas.

As I finish my last 3 ornaments of the year, I am once again overwhelmed with gratitude for this community that loves what I love doing❤️ When you support handmade, you are giving the gift of acknowledgment and gratitude and love. Thank you for all those things...I never take them for granted🎄🥰 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!🎅🎉

🦃Today!🦃 Today is full of prepping, cleaning, cooking...all the things that any other day of the year, I don't love. But with Thanksgiving tomorrow...I LOVE doing all these things! It's that time of year when old family traditions and recipes make their way to the list of importance❤️ What is your favorite family recipe? Mine is my Grandma Willey's Date Bars!❤️ Listen! Dates...ewww...the raisin's relative...ewww...NO! NOT AT ALL!!! I have a pure disgust for raisins or prunes or any fruit that is shriveled and shelved. But these! PURE PERFECTION! My favorite memories of my Grandma are standing beside her in the kitchen while she taught me how to make these. "Make them often. They are your dad's favorite."....and I did. I still do. Because they are now my favorite too❤️ The recipe card pictured is in my own 17 year old hand writing. Tucked away somewhere safe, is the same recipe but in my Grandma's handwriting. How perfect would that be made into an ornament?!!! Time to find that treasure.🥰

One of my besties hit a milestone yesterday...50! 50 years old!...shouted in my best Sally O'Malley voice❤️ 😁 She is a music teacher and has found a new therapeutic pastime....DOODLING!!! Have you seen some of these IG pages?! The artwork created from doodling is amazing! Soooo...I gave an old music text new life by turning it into a doodle journal! What do you think? Is this something you would gift a friend? Or gift to yourself?!🫶
I have lots of new(OLD) books I will be turning into journals soon! Super excited!
