Children have the right to their own boundaries — even during the holidays.

🎄They can say “no” to hugs and kisses, even from family.
🎄They don’t have to sit on someone’s lap if they don’t want to.
🎄They’re allowed to feel tired, quiet, or overwhelmed.
🎄They don’t have to smile “for the photo.”
🎄And they can step away and take a break when everything becomes too much.

Respecting these small boundaries helps children feel safe, heard, and confident — not just now, but for life.

Let’s make the holidays gentle, respectful, and full of understanding for our little ones.
