Hello! This is a post I am resharing with a few updates.
I would like go over a few Thread and Ink policies. It would be great if you could initial once you read it.
1. Your order isn’t complete and put in my order book until payment is received.
2. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS will require an approved email form. I will email an order form that I will have filled out with ALL the details of your order. This is to help minimize order mistakes on my part and as well as yours. You will be required to view the document and reply with your approval before the order can be processed.
3. REFUNDS are not available on custom or personalized orders. For non personalized items, you may receive a refund within 2 business days once you receive your order. Your order must be returned and unworn, unwashed, perfect condition before refund is processed.
4. I do not charge a rush fee on items. Some small businesses do this, but I do not.
5. Shipping charges do apply if you want your order shipped. Tracking is sent to you once it’s ready to ship. Shipping will be either USPS or UPS.
6. Payment options:
PayPal, Venmo or square.
7. You are charged 8.24% sales tax for Missouri residents. I do file taxes quarterly.
