Three Blue Eggs Counseling LLC , Prudence Morris, has traveled to Kenya 🇰🇪 to join an amazing nonprofit organization, Kenya Amini! This organization provides safe housing and covers the educational needs of vulnerable children and youth. Started by Sheila Murphy (with Glow Hypnosis and Wellness who joined our practice in December 2023) we’re excited to support her continued efforts to care for Kenyan youth. I’ll post updates on our adventures and see you stateside January 15th!💕

November marks Three Blue Eggs Counseling LLC one year anniversary at our new practice! 🥳 This year we welcomed Nicole Buesse, LPC with Nicole B Counseling Services, LLC. Nikki comes with a wealth of experience and a passion for helping teens, adults and families. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work alongside her in support of our community. ❤️

Group sessions are up and running for the summer! If you have an anxious incoming middle schooler (grades 6-8) please feel free to reach out to get your child registered before space runs out! Groups will be held weekly for 6 consecutive weeks and are a great way to build and practice skills in a safe, therapeutic environment.
Registration ends June 26th, groups begin June 28th...Perfect timing to learn helpful tools prior to the next school year!

Last week I had the privilege to talk about managing anxiety, stress and depression to 6th, 7th and 8th graders at Rockwood Valley Middle School for their Wellness Day. It’s so very important that we have the opportunity to teach and normalize mental health issues.
