TTS Coaching & Development

TTS Coaching & Development Clinically Informed Life Coach & Culture Consultant helping people and orgs reach new levels of success. This work is not about quick fixes.

At TTS Coaching & Development, I lead transformative work that helps individuals, teams, and organizations grow with clarity and confidence. We provide clinically informed coaching, wellness-centered leadership development, and culture consulting that supports both personal and systemic change. Our services span youth through adults, offering tailored support for every stage of development. In addition to one-on-one coaching and strategic consulting, I facilitate workshops and group sessions that focus on confidence building, leadership development, and holistic wellness. These experiences are designed to foster meaningful reflection, skill building, and growth in environments where people feel seen, heard, and challenged to rise. Whether the goal is personal alignment, stronger team dynamics, or culture transformation, we offer strategic support that meets people where they are and guides them forward. TTS has proudly partnered with mission-driven organizations including Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship, RBA Architects, Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, Mount Ararat Community Activity Center, Small Seeds Development, Hosanna House, East Liberty Family Support, Larimer Consensus Group, and Higher Achievement. It is about transformation that sticks. Let’s connect to explore how we can grow something meaningful together.

The nervous system for many of us is set to hypervigilance. It cares about safety more than it cares about our goals.

If the belief guiding your nervous system says “this will go wrong,” your body will pull back even while you are trying to move forward.

What feels like sabotage is really protection.
But protection can hold you in places you no longer want to stay.

If you feel held or slowed by something you cannot explain, your beliefs may have you locked in protection instead of go mode.

A behavior doesn’t repeat itself without a belief beneath it.
I had to learn that the hard way, personally and professionally.
We try to fix patterns without touching the belief and then wonder why nothing sticks.
Shift the belief and the behavior finally has something new to follow.

I’ve been doing an internal reboot. Getting real about the beliefs that have been shaping my life and the parts of myself I kept sidelining.

If you’ve been stretched thin or holding more than your spirit can carry, stay close. I’m sharing what I’ve been learning.

Transformation looks different in every space, but the mission is always the same — to help people rise.

Every space I enter, whether a boardroom, a school, or a one-on-one session, is an opportunity to help people rise into their best selves. That’s the heart of TTS Coaching and Development and the power behind the IPS Coaching Method, which I’ll soon be training others to use.

This year has been full and fulfilling:
✨ Delivered five corporate wellness presentations, with two more booked before year-end
✨ Continued culture and policy consulting with a trusted four-year partner organization
✨ Maintained a roster of coaching clients focused on leadership, confidence, and holistic growth
✨ Brought on a phenomenal intern, , who will continue assisting after her December graduation through the end of the school year

And the ripple keeps spreading.
This school year, the I Rise Confidence & Leadership Program will serve 100 girls in grades 3–8, with 77% returning from last year — including 7th and 8th graders who’ve been part of the program for 4–5 years. The consistency and connection keep them coming back year after year.

This is the breadth and depth of impact made possible through IPS Coaching — work that transforms organizations, nurtures communities, and supports sustainable personal change from the inside out.

The work is personal. The results are transformational.

8 years ago, I walked away from corporate America. Today, I celebrate what that leap made possible.

Since then, I’ve built something I once only dreamed about:

✅ Generated more revenue than my highest annual salary
✅ Welcomed my company’s first intern
✅ Positively impacted company wellness and culture, and supported growth, goals, and personal transformation in individuals and groups from age 8 to 68

This journey has been filled with risks, lessons, and transformation—but also the undeniable reward of betting on myself. Today I celebrate 8 years of endurance and expansion. And I’m just getting started.

Are you chasing perfection, struggling with consistency, or dealing with both?
These two factors often keep people stuck.

How?
Perfection is paralyzing. The frustration of not doing or being perfect can lead you to either lose motivation or push yourself into burnout.
Inconsistency chips away at your self-esteem. When you repeatedly don’t do what you said you would—or feel you should—you start doubting your ability to follow through. Eventually, you may stop trying altogether.

If either of these patterns show up in your life, they don’t have to stay.
Change is possible.
Shifting your beliefs about perfection and building a sustainable routine can change everything.

End-of-Month Reflection: Two Finish Lines. One Intention.

June was a full month of coaching, facilitating, leading, and learning.

But it also brought me two personal finish lines:
🏃‍♀️ A rainy 5K in support of FAME and their scholarship fund
🏃‍♀️ A second 5K supporting AMD3 Foundation’s life-changing mission in Antigua and Guatemala

Each step reminded me that purpose doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just needs to be consistent, courageous, and connected to something bigger than you.

That’s how I lead. That’s how I coach. That’s how I move.

What did you finish this month that reminded you of who you are?

Someone commented recently, “When people get clarity, their whole team starts shifting too.”

And it stopped me. Because that is the work.

I have seen the power of one person’s clarity becoming the catalyst for collective transformation.

Clarity does not just help you. It helps everyone you lead, support, or influence.

Clarity is not a luxury. It is the foundation of anything done well.

I often hear that nobody wants to work anymore.
But I have sat with teams where people have stayed 18 to 20 years.
Not because the job was easy.
Not because the systems were flawless.
But because they were seen even when they were stretched.
That kind of loyalty does not come from free snacks and burnout.
It comes from consistent culture work. Leadership that listens. Values that show up in practice. Relationships built on mutual respect.
If you are losing folks faster than you can replace them, the issue may not be them.
It might be your culture.

Pizza, Purpose & Powerful Conversations! In honor of both Black History and Women’s History Month, I spent this past Saturday afternoon with these incredible 5th grade girls from my I Rise Confidence and Leadership Program at Penn Hills Charter School of Entrepreneurship(PHCSE).

We gathered at Hebron Community Center to watch Harriet—and let me tell you, these young leaders showed up! Their questions and reflections during and after the film reminded me why creating safe, empowering spaces for girls to see themselves in history (and in power) matters so much.

They were touched. They were inspired. They are rising phenomenally. 💫

A lot of companies focus on getting more out of employees—but what if the real key to success is helping employees get more for themselves? More energy. More clarity. More tools to handle the stress that comes with the job.

I love stepping into rooms where teams are overwhelmed and leaving them with strategies that actually help. Not just quick fixes, but real shifts in how they work, think, and take care of themselves.

If your company is ready for a different kind of conversation, let’s make it happen.
