Have you ever felt like you’re stuck in the growing pains? It’s an interesting place to be. 🤔

To me it feels like I’m a bit lost in the in-between worlds… in between what?!?

Hmmmm sometimes it’s in between what used to be fun & bring me joy to what lights me up now. Other times it feels like I’m floating in between worlds of unworthiness & 1000% self love & trust. And other times it’s a place in between tolerating what isn’t serving my fabulous highest self & what is.

Hmmmm… what middle dimension can you get stuck in?

I have found though that these growing pains can be a very hopeful place… so I smile & I lean in… one in-breath of patience & one exhale of dedicated action.

I know we’re all connected so when one of us has growth, we all do. 💖💖💖🌻🌻🌻 Let’s growwwwww!!!

I haven’t felt very social media-ie lately so I’m celebrating my 13th soberversary a wee bit late! What’s up with this year being the hardest one yet?!? 🤪 Butttttt having gratitude now because I’m stronger (& more curious) than ever! 💪🏽🤗

I’ve been obsessed with (over)thinking about addictions lately… learning about them, meditating on them, talking about them, dissecting them… it’s a wild world & I feel like I’ve only just begun! 😳

For anyone out there struggling… I’m not an expert but I’m here for you!!! I love you!!! And thank you to everyone who supports me on all my wild endeavors & in my crazy moments! 🙏🏽🩵✨
