Intuition is a sense of knowing, but you have to trust to know its real! The best way to learn how to count on your intuition is to try it!
Choose a situation- work- love- finances- where you tend to not make the best choices . then one day use your intuition as a guide. Ask your gut questions during mediation or thru out your day or follow your impulses.
You can also just ask a question and then shuffle thru possible outcomes. and see - feel- which sparks the strongest sense of knowing.
Spirit will send you subtle cues that your on the right track. then take everything you know and combine it with your intuition to determine how to make your next move!!
