We are growing! We are so excited to have Dr. Lettieri join us as a psychotherapist.

Dr. Lettieri is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in the state of North Carolina with over 12 years of counseling experience. She has experience in school counseling, private practice, college counseling, and as an Assistant Professor in Counseling, Dr. Lettieri utilizes a person-centered and strengths-based approach in counseling, tailored to each client, often incorporating components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), to allow clients to develop coping skills and resiliency to move forward in an intentional and positive way in their lives. For younger clients, Dr. Lettieri incorporates components of Play Therapy and Sandtray into her work, allowing children and adolescents to express themselves in the way that is most natural to them. Dr. Lettieri specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment, identity exploration, and trauma-related issues. She believes that everyone deserves a safe space to be heard, to heal, to develop, and to transform into the person they aspire to be.

Dr. Lettieri will have telehealth availability on Monday and Wednesday evenings and in person appointments on Saturdays. She serves ages 5 and up!

📣Pycnogenol (pine bark extract) was shown to significantly reduce inattention and hyperactivity-impulsivity on the SNAP-IV scale, improve performance on attention tests, and boost antioxidant markers. It also helped normalize catecholamine levels and lower oxidative stress.
📣Resveratrol, when used alongside methylphenidate, improved ADHD symptoms based on parent ratings in an 8-week study, with tolerability similar to placebo.
📣Anthocyanins significantly enhanced overall cognitive function compared to controls, with notable gains in visuospatial reasoning, attention, processing speed, verbal fluency, episodic memory, and working memory.
