Rather than a destination, Padmasana serves as a reminder of the balance between stability and softness. Whether practiced in full, modified, or simply observed, the essence of Padmasana lie in cultivating inner calm and encourages patience, self-respect, and honoring the body's natural limits while allowing the mind to settle.

It reminds us that even in stillness, growth is happening – and that strength does not have to be forceful to be powerful.

2026 is calling in new adventures, deeper alignment, and a softer way of living.
This year is about letting go of what no longer serves—old stories, past traumas, and survival patterns that once protected me but no longer define me.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting the past.
It means honoring it, learning from it, and choosing not to carry it forward.

As I step into this new year, I’m choosing presence over fear, boundaries over burnout, and trust over control.
This is a season of renewal, resilience, and returning home to myself.

Here’s to rising—again and again—and welcoming what’s next with an open heart. 💛

My mission here is to cultivate wellness through food and flow — blending nourishing nutrition with the balance and grace of yoga. Together, we’ll rise above the noise, renew our spirits, and thrive as the best versions of ourselves.

When most people hear paleo or gluten free, they think dry and flavorless… I was definitely like most people. This journey has seriously taught me so much.

These cookies are make with very simple ingredients… almond butter, oats, eggs and chocolate chips 🍫 I think that the next time I make them though, I’ll do a holiday spin with some dried cranberries and orange zest!

Personal post…

The last few days have tough. I have had migraines and all the body symptoms from my fibromyalgia (weak, achy, pin and needles, brain fog). Stress from work, current life events and poor eating choices from my birthday have wrecked havoc on me.

I know the foods I shouldn’t eat but sometimes carrot cake seems like the only way 🥕🍰 There are so many alternatives and I am so grateful to have the support that I do. My amazing boyfriend made these little gems for my birthday ♥️

Life gets busy and I always forget to prioritize time for myself. I try so hard to plan at least an hour before bed cross things off my to-do list but with work chaos clouding my brain lately, I just wanna be slug.

I will be present… or should I say, I’m working on it!
