Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation in Wills Point, TX is offering a FREE CNA class, we cover your state testing and fees! We do NOT compensate/ pay you to attend the class.

📅 Class Dates: February 2 – February 27
📍 Location: Crestwood Health & Rehab, Wills Point, TX
🕗 Classroom Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🕖 Clinical Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

💰 Pay Info:
While in class and clinicals, compensation is not provided. Once cleared as a Nursing Assistant (NA), you’ll begin earning $12+/hour, with pay increases after CNA certification.

🩺 What You’ll Learn & Do:
✔️ Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs)
✔️ Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
✔️ Support mobility and transportation
✔️ Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care

We want to send a huge thank you to everyone who came out, helped, donated, and supported our residents’ Christmas party. Your time, generosity, and kindness truly made the day special and brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces.

From the planning and decorating to the laughter, gifts, and holiday cheer. We couldn’t have done it without each and every one of you. Thank you for showing up, giving back, and helping us create such a meaningful and joyful celebration for our residents.

This week, we celebrated a significant milestone as one of our dedicated therapists turned 50. To honor the occasion, we organized a 1950s-themed group activity for our residents. The event featured nostalgic attire, snacks, drinks, classic music, lively dancing, and engaging 50's trivia, creating an atmosphere of joy and connection.
Residents thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing about the past while participating in activities that stimulated both mind and body—an excellent example of combining fun with therapeutic engagement.

🌲✨Crestwood Angel Tree✨🌲

It’s that time of year again, to give back to those who once gave to us. With Christmas season being the season of giving, we thought an Angel Tree would really give our lovely residents a smile.

Located in the front lobby of Crestwood, our Angel Tree has all our angels up for grabs. If you are willing to take one or two (or more, all up to you) we do have a couple guidelines to make it a little more stress free.

🌲$30.00 limit: We know some of you may love to give but this may help make things a bit easier.
🌲We would like to have all gifts in by December 16, 2025, if possible.

Meet Our New Activities Director! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Hannah as our new Activities Director!

“Hello! Im Hannah, I am super excited and honored to be apart of the Crestwood family. I have always been around other facilities and their residents because some of my family has worked in them almost their whole lives. I couldn’t wait to be able to help residents enjoy their time and make their lives a bit easier. I would like to say I am a joy to be around but that’s an opinion for others to decide themselves. I am a pretty go with the flow person if that person had it penciled in to do so. I think being able to help one another, and stay connected within the community is a lovely goal I’d like to achieve one day. I think life is much too short to be boring and bored; so it’s my goal to help our residents have plenty to do so that they enjoy life a bit more around here.”

Today, our hearts were full as Wills Point 5th Grade students came to see our Veterans at both the Nursing Home and Assisted Living! 💙❤️

The students made thoughtful cards to hand out to each Veteran as a token of gratitude for their service.

Welcome to Crestwood Health & Rehabilitation Center

Crestwood’s fully outfitted Skilled Nursing wing allows our team to offer short-term rehabilitation programs for patients who need to quickly recover after hospitalization, as well as provide long-term care for residents who need ongoing support. Along with our medical director and physicians, our team of healthcare experts and caregivers will develop an individualized treatment plan to get you back to the highest functional level possible.

Our Services:


  • Occupational, physical, speech and wellness therapy provided by Senior Rehab Solutions

  • Specialized Nutritional Care
