50% of people who die of heart attacks have the same first symptom- death ☠️

50% of people get cancer

90% are metabolically unhealthy. Aka overweight or cardiovascular disease.

The Average American takes 4-9 medications and is on prescription life support.

60% of Americans are prediabetic or diabetic. 95% likely have some blood sugar dysregulation.

Over half of children have a chronic health condition.

24% of America is on psych meds. If everyone seems kinda crazy and mentally unwell, it’s bc we collectively are. 50% have mental illness.

There are a million ways to actually test for and prevent these issues. From a CGM for glucose, to a CAC test and plaque markers and inflammatory markers in bloodwork, to just asking more caring ?’s about sleep and mental health.

Don’t ask people if they’re fine. Ask them how their sleep is. Ask them if they wake up excited and happy and motivated. Ask them if they feel like they love their body in every way. Ask them if they love their lives. Ask them if they’re feeling spiritually connected. Ask them if they have great energy most of their day. Ask them if their relationships are going well. Ask them if they feel loved. Ask better ?’s. Of yourself and your friends. We aren’t perfect and we never will be. But we can work on ourselves more. And care enough to do so.

I made the root cause test as a 21 page symptom quiz for people to get to having the goal of 0 frequent symptoms. That’s something I have achieved but almost no one does. You want your labs and all more advanced functional medicine testing to come back great but 99% of doctors don’t run that testing.

We must be honest with ourselves. Then, and only then, can we be vulnerable enough and love ourselves enough to make the changes we deep in our hearts know must be made to turn our health around. Collectively. It starts with acceptance and forgiveness. Happy healing ❤️‍🩹

Please share your favorite on a story or with a friend! Share the good times, it helps my accounts keep growin!

Which is your fav? I think they keep getting better as they keep going but the last one is a slight medical assumption but true-based on the logic we know of microchimerism and current best understanding of the evidence- we do likely carry DNA and/or cellular/quantum entanglement energy of everyone we have ever had relations with. 🤯 maybe think again about who is your next “Easter bunny partner”

Check out the story highlights on my and accounts to find tons of FREE health info and a Doctor/practitioner finder!

I am most excited about the seminars I have coming up in July, October, and December, and also have a weight loss book I am finishing that will have an accompanying cohort of people who want to lose fat, gain muscle, and get healthier together! Stay tuned for more info…

For those with IBS- stay clear of all alcohol! Sometimes cleaner hard liquor is better or gluten-free low sugar options but it’s still a poison for all people. The healthiest amount of alcohol is none.

Alcohol has kept civilizations alive in times of drought. Alcohol is super healing. It flows liver qi and blood. It can be antiseptic. It can relax. It can heal. But it also can be immensely destructive.

This is why I say do your drugs with a purpose, not every day. Do them with intention. Just don’t binge drink without accepting the consequences. Or just don’t drink in binges repeatedly.

Drinking more then 2-3 drinks to me, in a day, is bingeing. Everyone has a different definition. What do you think?

One of the main reasons we may be so deficient in Magnesium is because of the amazingness of Vitamin D3!

Many people know they probably want to take D3 with K2 for it to work better, but they don’t realize that most of our food doesn’t contain as much magnesium as it used do. They also don’t realize that taking D3 regularly long term may also deplete your magnesium stores!

Vitamin D3 has tremendous benefits but it also has a slight dark side in terms of how it shifts the immune system and in some people could actually be harmful not beneficial. That’s not what this post is about.

I just want people to realize this simple factor- if you feel like taking magnesium helps you a lot, and you feel like you need it to be regular/healthy, then there is likely a problem with your diet or nervous system or supplement regime balancing. Ideally we get magnesium and vitamin D from our food and the sun (with or without clouds we still get D outside).

One reason why there may be a magnesium dependence is because people take D3 without its cofactors and without realizing how it affects everything else. It’s why it can help for a time then sometimes cause problems later in some people.

Other reasons for magnesium dependence include- nervous system dysregulation, poor food sourcing or eating habits, poor sleep habits, daily caffeine consumption or drug use, medication side effects, other supplements that aren’t balanced, or something else stressing your kidneys or immune system or body.

Just because one is a new headline this week with Balenciaga, don’t forget that the other is a continual, insidious evil that still exists because it runs our economy, our politicians, our media, and keeps majority of our people alive. If people stopped their meds, the might literally die. We are dependent on it.

What’s the way out? Well, it’s getting people off the life support that big pharma provides. OR it’s being grateful for that life support, using it for good, and finding the root cause for the people you truly love and care about. Ask WHY, treat the WHY, get them off the meds, and be free.

Im not saying don’t take your meds. I’m saying do your best to get off them, not rely on them, and get as healthy as you can. You can simultaneously LOVE modern medicine, doctors, hospitals, and also realize the industry is corrupt and needs a gigantic overhaul.

We can reform big pharma but it will take more doctors and practitioners and people truly becoming more educated on its dangers and its dark side so they can be truly informed consumers and users.

Right now most doctors don’t know. Most people don’t know. Many don’t want to know bc the cognitive dissonance would be EXTREME. I can’t even teach about a lot of it on these censored platforms. If you know, then tell those you care about.

The people running the companies aren’t the problem, it’s the structure of capitalism that forces public companies to choose profit over ethics and profit over people.

One easy way to help change things for the better is to educate, vote with your dollar, and demand better.

Love wins ❤️ and in this case, that means loving big pharma enough to hold it accountable for all its crimes, loving it for its life-saving therapies, and loving yourself enough to distance yourself from it before it may kill you.

I forgot to include my own personal addictions- Learning, memes, dark chocolate, motorcycling, waterskiing, and dog time...

I forgot to include my own personal addictions- Learning, memes, dark chocolate, motorcycling, waterskiing, and dog time!
The ? is are these “addictions” serving you, or are they harming you?

It can be great to downgrade a bad addiction for a less serious one. But eventually the root of the addiction is often a lack of love, meaning, or purpose in our lives. It may be coming from trauma or poor coping mechanisms. It may be coming from a family dynamic that wasn’t stable or predictable. It could be coming from attachment wounds. It could be coming from generational issues. It could be coming from some genetic predispositions that you haven’t yet learned how to shift.

The real ? Is always WHY. Like a toddler asking WHY over and over again, this is what you can do for yourself to really dive deeper into WHY you do the things that you do. Sometimes it’s as simple as “this makes me feel good”. But then WHY might you NEED a certain addiction to feel good? Why not be ok with feeling uncomfortable or bored or lazy or slow or in discomfort etc.?

We are often told that losing or being upset isn’t okay. But in actuality, times of sorrow or pain can be the best catalysts for our own growth and healing. You truly do have to feel it to heal it.

Many times we know we are addicts but we aren’t yet tired of our own 💩 to be ready willing and able to change. And that’s totally fine. When you’re ready, you’ll be ready. Your journey is your journey and you’re in charge.

Wishing you all so much love and grace. Most people just want to feel good bc they don’t feel good about themselves. They make emotional decisions and justify them with logic. Be kind. Love wins ❤️
