RESTAURANT NEWS on Laurel! Please chime in! This week, I'm writing two new leases, one for a successful cafe at 633 Laurel in 3,000 sf, and another for a Michelin listed restaurant for 637 Laurel in 2,000 sf (not notable, nor starred yet, just listed).

We still need to evaluate the spaces for design and construction with our local architect / GC, but we are fundamentally in agreement to move forward.

I'm still marketing the former VCA Veterinarian Hospital at 501 Laurel for lease or sale with 6,000 sf.
