Zailene was raised in Wilmington, North Carolina. She moved to Greenville to continue her studies at ๐๐ฎ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ ๐จ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ถ๐๐, then returned to the coast to make her home in ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ, NC, where she founded Flood Flow IV Hydration & Wellness, bringing ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑโ๐ ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฟ๐๐ local RN-led mobile IV hydration experience to the community.
Nursing became a second career for Zailene, driven by a passion for womenโs health. She dually completed her ๐๐๐ก at Cape Fear Community College while earning her ๐๐ฆ๐ก from East Carolina University. As a ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฟ & ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฟ๐๐ฒ, she developed strong IV skills and a deep appreciation for the role hydration plays in comfort, recovery, and everyday wellness.
Her combined background in science and healthcare shapes the way care is delivered thoughtfully and intentionally. Care at Flood Flow is offered with a neighborly approach, rooted in trust, familiarity, and the belief that wellness should feel personal, not transactional.
