Solitude Sunday.
Take a moment 20 minutes to set your intentions for the week.
Find a quite space.
Light a candle.
Think what you want to bring to your week.
I want peace, joy, and a self practice.
Maybe you have a more specific intention.
Take 4 deep breaths breathing in through your nose like your smelling flowers and out through your mouth like your blowing out candles.
Finding your center, setting your intention, claiming your boundaries and choosing you!
