No, but really- by ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ into your day, youโll be on the right track to ๐ช๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ท๐ช๐ฏ๐จ ๐บ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ต๐ฉ. โฃ

1. ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ! It doesnโt mean you have to go lift weights for hours or lift weights at all. If you want to take dance classes, do that. If you want to do a group exercise class or go on a hike, do that. Anything to get your body moving and grooving. โฃ

2. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ค ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ. Yes I am looking at you who drinks only 2 cups a dayโฆ Our body needs water to survive- dehydration isnโt pretty. Hell no. Start slow and slowly implement more water into your day as the time goes on.
3. ๐๐๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐ ๐ข๐๐ฌ! Letโs be real, I highly doubt we all get the recommended daily allowance of fruits and veggies (which btw is 1.5-2.5 c of fruit depending on your age/gender and 2.5-4 cups of veggies per Myplate). Find ways to sneak some veggies in your meals-adding greens to your smoothies/shakes, adding greens in your eggs, roasting veggies and making bowls with them, etc. SO many options!!:) especially now that itโs almost summer- there are so many wonderful fruit options in season. I mean, ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ญ๐ญ๐ฐ ๐ด๐ต๐ณ๐ข๐ธ๐ฃ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ด?! :) โฃ

4. ๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ. No I am not saying to cut out all of your processed foods- I mean hello, bread is processed and it makes for a great pre or post workout carb option! Iโm simply saying just replace some of your processed foods with whole foods. Think of replacing your chicken nuggets with fresh chicken you can air fry or bake in the oven. โฃ

5. Last but not least- ๐๐๐๐๐. Sleeping is truly one of the best medicines we have available to us. Our body canโt keep going without rest- so if youโre one of those people who thinks โsleep is for the weakโ, well, itโs going to make you weak one of these days:p โฃ
