If you are anything like me, you have been riding the waves of the winter season. There have been heights of joy, and really confusing, disorienting, and anxious lows.

This circle is about riding the waves.

It is about coming together and uniting in the heart frequency of sisterhood, empowerment, and resilience.

In this time on Earth, we are being asked to take a stand for the things we believe in and the precious visions we hold for our future. It can be easy to lose sight of the beauty we see or have seen when we become bogged down with fear, and the incessant stories of ill-health and destruction of our ecosystems.

We are stronger than these forces that try to make us think there is no hope.

THERE IS HOPE. And we are it.

Within the darkest hours, there are silver linings of light.

This Full Moon in Leo will have all the courageous energy of the Lion. How do we want to lead? How do we want to take a stand? What are the skills and tools we already have inside of us to be that? If we harness this powerful, fiery energy correctly, it will power our creative projects, community and get us in radiant motion.

Sister, this Moon is strong, I can feel it approaching already... And if we come together to harness and transmute this energy, there will be incredible ripple effects for us individually and for our collective.

Healthy Kneads has shifted in this past year to offer more than massage for healing. We have been so disconnected from our bodies, and it’s time we rejoined them to move us forward in an aligned way.
