Movement Muscle Therapy is a wellness studio dedicated to keeping you pain free and active! No client's treatments are the same and can include myofacial release/deep tissue massage, cupping, kinesiotaping, and muscle scrapping. Each session is focused & tailored to:

• Improve circulation

• Speed up recovery

It’s one of our favorite things to use in session: Roots Apothecary Muscle Rub. Packed with arnica + essential oils to melt tension and ease pain.

We use this dreamy balm in session when muscles are inflamed, irritated, or just doing the most, and 9 times out of 10 our clients stop mid-massage to say:
