Spring is our favorite season, can you tell?
Meet us outside! Whether you just want to walk, hammock swing, see the flower blooms, chase waterfalls, or sleep under the stars, we have events to fit your nature therapy agenda all Spring long!
Join us for our new 1-day retreats where we travel to close-but-far adventures this Spring + Summer. Starting with the wildflowers in April, heading to Lancaster PA and chasing waterfalls at the summer solstice in June as we head to the Poconos.

In between we are camping at Elk Neck State Park (Apr 3-5…few spots left!), and retreating at Shenandoah National Park on a private 13 acre retreat home (May 8-10…only 2 spots left).
We are excited to get more people outside, caring for the planet and for ourselves. Let’s enjoy this Spring together!

Does your body know what safety feels like? Do you actually recognize what happens inside you when you’re grounded?
When you’re consistently grounding, spending time outdoors, feet on the ground, dropping your breath into your belly, letting some sunlight in your eyes, or simply slowing your pace…your nervous system begins to remember safety.
Your shoulders soften.
Your jaw unclenches.
Your thoughts stop racing.
Your digestion improves.
Your sleep deepens.
Your focus sharpens.
Your body shifts out of survival mode and into restoration.
Safety is a physiological state. When you ground regularly, you help balance your circadian rhythm, regulate stress hormones, reduce inflammation, and support the parasympathetic nervous system…the branch responsible for healing, connection, and long-term wellbeing.
Consistency is what rewires the baseline.
The more often you ground, the more your body learns:
“This is home.”
“This is safe.”
“I don’t have to brace.”
Over time, grounded becomes your default…not just something you visit when you’re overwhelmed.
At Sunday Grounding, our intention is to offer consistent, grounded programming year-round, both virtually and in person. Whether you’re craving deep, intentional breathwork, guided hikes and outdoor adventure, immersive sound healing, or travel to breathtaking natural landmarks, there are endless opportunities to return to yourself through grounding.
So I’ll ask again…
Does your body know what safety feels like?
This is your invitation to join one of our grounding events. We have free events and low-cost day, and overnight adventures. JOIN THE MOVEMENT.
Share this with a friend you want to adventure and ground with this year. Then meet us at the trailhead!

Sunday Grounding is intentionally building a community that knows nature is not an escape, but an ever-present opportunity to return to self.
May 8-10, 2026 | Shenandoah National Park | VA
Our retreats are a return to regulated nervous systems, embodied wellness and grounding on land to recharge. A forgotten ritual for some, we are remembering how our barefoot connection to the ground can recharge us in ways no other modality can.
We will spend the weekend exploring the outdoors, delving into deeply understanding ourselves through Human Design and embracing even deeper healing with sound bowl therapy on site!
Every gathering is designed with intention, where we are slowing down and remembering what it feels like to be well. Serving fresh, whole foods, healing from the inside out will happen all weekend.
Bring your hammock and let’s go retreat!

Less than 50 days until Spring 🌸 and we’re gearing up for a year rooted in adventure, connection, and nervous system nourishment.
We’re hiking, camping, climbing, hammocking, retreating, and exploring national parks near and far. This community continues to amaze us, and in 2026 we’re saying yes to more beautiful landscapes, deeper presence, and shared experiences in nature.
We’re starting close to home with deeper adventures on the East Coast with Camping at Elk Neck State Park (MD) in April and heading to our first National Park—Shenandoah, VA in May!
And that’s just the beginning.
Alongside our core Sunday programming, we’re thrilled to bring overnight camping back and introduce expanded travel experiences. These events are exclusive to Sunday Grounding attendees….intimate, intentional, deeply restorative, and limited in size.
✨ Want in? JOIN AN EVENT.
Meet us outside this Sunday for our community hike at Carousel Park, and gather with us every Sunday for a weekly stretch + meditation.
Your body. Your nervous system. Your spirit. They’ll thank you.

Ever notice how getting outside instantly shifts something in you? The trail beneath your feet, the breeze brushing past, the sunlight warming your shoulders, it all works together to ease your nervous system and open you up to slow, steady growth.
Nature isn’t asking you to rush or perform. It simply gives you room to breathe, explore, and come back to yourself at your own pace.
That’s the heart of Sunday Grounding. Our hikes, campouts, climbs, hammocking, and grounding practices are all built around helping you reconnect with your body, your rhythm, and the world around you.
