Which skill helps you most in the moment?

CBT: Skills that Stick
When you can spot the link between Thoughts → Feelings → Actions, you can choose a healthier next step. Try:
• Reframe the thought (challenge the story)
• 4–6 breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6)
• Behavioral activation (take the next right step)

What is SUD? Substance Use Disorder is a treatable medical condition—not a moral failing. Substances can hijack dopamine‑based learning and overstimulate the brain’s stress systems, which makes change hard—and recovery possible with the right support.

If you or someone you love has questions about treatment, we’re here.
