Celebrating MLK, I’m dreaming of a day when all of the ancestral lines of the human family are healed from the trauma imposed by people who decided to use violence and aggression to oppress and gain false power. A day when the illusion of our separation is shattered and our differences do not feel like divisions. Today I’m standing in the gap, holding the vision, and Being Love. Dear Sacred Rhythms Community,
It is with mixed feelings that I am announcing this will be the last Sacred Rhythms drum circle until further notice. I am doing my best to dance to the rhythm of Love in my life and I am hearing the call to let these circles rest and breathe so that they can be reborn in 2025 in some new form yet unknown. As with any letting go there is sadness alongside a quickened excitement for what the new form may be. I cannot adequately put into words how grateful I am for every one of you who have drummed with me. I can't wait to join you in the circle again next year in a new way.
So let's jam on this fantastic Fall Full Moon in Aires!

What a fantasticly fun evening drumming with the crew at SAAIC. It was my first time bringing drumming to “corporate America” and I think it’s my new favorite place to share drum medicine. 🤩 Only three of the people in this circle had ever been to a drum circle and they rocked it! Thank you Michelle Joy for hooking me up with these awesome humans. 🙏🏻 Now. Off to The Marq Bar in Hagerstown to play with Luke Johnson Band 9-11 TONIGHT- August 23rd. Come on Out!
