Description :
“Candlelight Calm (not heated/all levels): Carolyn Gartner’s signature Yoga class -intentionally created to calm and ground. This one-hour class includes breathwork and soothing slow-flow vinyasa to open the body to receive. An extended Svasana will ease you into a Reiki guided meditation. Hands on and distance Reiki * will be offered throughout. Live sound healing for Svasana in alignment with the theme of the class will sometimes be offered (who doesn’t love a surprise here and there?). Thes practices will raise your vibration for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

*Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy” -this energy -based practice induces a deep state of relaxation so the body can heal. Reiki can do no harm.”
