☯️ Beginners Yang-style Tai Chi
📍 Saturday, 11/22 at 9:30am at First Presbyterian Church
☯️ Practical Tai Chi
📍 Saturday, 11/22 at 11am at First Presbyterian Church
☯️Grief Release Workshop
📍 Saturday, 11/22 at 1pm at Bowman Library
More about our Grief Release Workshop... Held in the spirit of fall, aligning with the season’s natural energy of reflection, release, and letting go. Drawing from the wisdom of Classical Chinese Medicine, we’ll explore philosophies surrounding the nature of grief, engage in gentle movement, and learn targeted acupressure points designed to support emotional release and inner balance.
This is not a grief support group. Instead, it’s a guided experience that invites us to connect with our grief while offering practical tools to help release the emotional weight so many carry. This workshop offers a safe, embodied space to begin lightening the load—one breath, one point, one step at a time.
We hope to see you in class with us this week! Whether you're seeking connection (women's qigong), flow (Yang-style), balance and deepening of understanding (Practical Tai Chi), or a more in-depth look at grief according to CCM (Grief Release), we have something for YOU. Come meditate and move with MoveMentation!
