Many who lead a spiritual life have come to understand the principle that 'energy follows thought'. As we sit together to meditate and pray, our thoughts merge and our desires to love and help the planet and each other become a great stream of healing energy. This stream intersects with every point of consciousness that seeks to join with the rest. It reverberates not only upon the Earth, but in the heavens as well, for the wholeness of light does not permit separation between one level and another. Therefore, when we sit and expand the light on the Earth, we affect other dimensions as well. These dimensions are benefited from our collective experience.

Please continue to spread your light and sit still at least once a day. Make it a daily practice to connect to each other. Expand the healing light around the World and into the Universe. This is why we were placed here. To be love and send love.

As the day gently surrenders to the quiet embrace of night, I pause to reflect on the blessings and lessons it has carried. Dear Creator, I thank You for guiding me through this day—through its joys and challenges, through its triumphs and uncertainties. In this moment of stillness, I lay down my worries and place them in Your hands, trusting in Your infinite wisdom and grace.

Let the words of Rumi echo in my heart tonight: "When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesn’t make any sense." May I find that sacred place within me, that quiet, boundless meadow where my soul can rest—free from the burdens of the day, free from the noise of the world. In that divine stillness, help me reconnect with the essence of love, peace, and unity.

Grant me the wisdom to release what no longer serves me and the courage to hold onto the lessons that will help me grow. As I drift into sleep, renew my spirit, restore my strength, and fill my dreams with light and clarity. Bless this night with peace, not only for myself but for all beings. May the entire world be wrapped in the warmth of Your love and the promise of new beginnings.

Tonight, I ask for healing where there is hurt, for hope where there is despair, and for understanding where there is division. May Your presence guide me always, reminding me that I am never alone. Thank You for the gift of this life, for the beauty of the night sky, for the quiet song of the stars that whispers Your eternal love.

And as my eyes close, may my heart remain open—open to Your presence, open to Your guidance, and open to the endless possibilities of tomorrow.

Amen.

May this prayer bring you a sense of peace and comfort as you prepare to rest.
