Update: It was relayed to me in my office in Rayville that a person from ATT had apologized for cutting the line. This information was NOT true.
We still do not have internet or phone nor do we know when we will receive it. ATT has not provided any work log data for our address to pinpoint if they cut the line.
Sparklight has to help all the others in the area who lost service during the ice storm before they can help us.
If anyone witnessed someone cutting an overhead wire behind the office today between 11-1, please message me here or call 318-435-5145 between 8 AM and 5 PM.
We no longer have internet. Because of this we cannot see patient charts since the software is cloud-based. The cable was purposely cut. Our Internet company has not given us a time for repair. They only say they will come look at it on Friday.
