HVMHC now has a 24-hour Naloxone Access Point (NAP) distribution box outside the Winona Clinic (west side of the building). You’ll find:
✅ Naloxone Overdose Response Kits
✅ Fentanyl Test Strips
✅ Xylazine Test Strips

These are 100% FREE and available any time, no questions asked.

All 4 HVMHC clinics are also NAPs! Stop by during business hours to pick up these life-saving supplies at the front desk:

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center (HVMHC) is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to join our management team as Director of Adult Community Based Services in Winona, MN.

This position oversees our adult community-based programs—including Targeted Case Management, Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, Peer Support Networks, and more. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep commitment to community mental health.
