✨ Today at The Zen Den Center felt really special.

There’s something powerful that happens when a group of women walk into a room as strangers… and slowly begin to soften, open, and support each other.
Today’s Healing Somatic Energy Workshop with our guest facilitator Elizabeth created exactly that kind of space. A space where people could breathe deeper, release what they’ve been holding, and feel safe enough to share honestly.

The feedback that started coming in right after the event said it all:

Family Focus Recovery™ Clinical Support Group — A supportive alternative to Al-Anon Family Groups with professional guidance.

Loving someone who struggles with addiction can be confusing, painful, and isolating. This group is designed to give families and loved ones a safe, supportive space to learn, process, and heal together.

👩🏻‍🎓Led by addictions expert Kim Minch, CAC, with over 10 years of addictions counseling and family dynamics.

This clinically guided group will help participants:

🧠 Understand the brain disease of addiction
🗣️ Learn tools for healthy boundaries and communication
🫂 Receive support from others who truly understand
💡 Gain clinical insight and psychoeducation
❤️‍🩹 Process your own experience in a safe space

Begins April 1, 2026
When: Wednesdays | 5:30–7:00 PM

If I could go back in time and tell myself one secret to life, this would be it.

But how do you know the difference between intuition and anxiety?

This is what I tell my clients. Intuition feels like a soft but strong whisper, while mental chatter feels fast and loud. Intuition speaks with a confident sentence, while anxiety (ego) feels like a paragraph filled with questioning and uncertainty.
