Join Yoga with Abbey every Sunday at 2pm for a Movement Yoga Flow.
Movement flow is a fun and energetic class that is accessible to all yogis from first time flow-ers to seasoned practitioners.This class involves flowing through a series of poses and sun salutations in rhythm with breathing. Connecting breath and continuous movement throughout. Typically begins with sun salutations and standing poses and eventually we work our way to the floor for deeper restorative stretches. Continuous movement increases flexibility, physical strength, and mental strength; while inhales and exhales help to calm the mind and focus attention.
