Macie "Katie" Vanhoy is a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a focus on assent and trauma-informed practices. She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. Katie's experience includes creating and implementing client-focused interventions using functional communication training. Throughout the years, she has gained experience with different communication methods, including Picture Exchange Communication Systems (PECS) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.

Please join us in welcoming Jhytajha Freeman to our team in Raleigh!

Hi, I’m Jhytajha Freeman—a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over eight years of experience in the mental health and ABA fields. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including psychiatric residential care, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals and families with empathy, creativity, and evidence-based care.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Clark Atlanta University and my M.S. in Psychology and Behavior Analysis from Walden University. I’m also currently pursuing my Ph.D. in the same field. In the past, I served as a board member for two non-profit organizations focused on community support and advocacy in North Carolina and Georgia—experiences that deeply shaped my commitment to service.

Outside of work, I love traveling with my family and expressing myself through art. I believe that growth should be joyful, learning should be fun, and everyone deserves a little extra love and support on their journey.

Jane is an enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a passion and dedication to the field of Behavior Analysis. She holds a Masters of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of Cincinnati and a Bachelors of Science in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University. Jane specializes in using individualized, ethical, creative, and socially significant interventions that support meaningful progress for children and adults to meet their individualized learning needs while having fun and creating meaningful connections.

Jane has expertise in early intervention, toileting procedures, parent training, and natural environment teaching where safety and collaboration are a top priority. Her compassionate and holistic approach ensures that all members of the team feel valued and respected. Jane is passionate about inclusion and empowering individuals and families to grow. While living internationally, Jane developed a global perspective with a significant emphasis on cultural competence and diversity.

Outside of her professional life, Jane spends the rest of her time dedicated to her family. She is married with three young children and enjoys traveling, loves coffee, painting, and being outdoors in nature.
