Hiya Yogi’s 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️ 🧘 There will be no Yoga in the Park for this month, that includes Yoga in the Park Tuesday’s (Auburndale) and Lake Alfred Central Park for the last Friday!

Local commUnity there will be no Lake Alfred Yoga in the Park this month - November for the last Friday.

Thank you for showing up and supporting 🙏 we have had a much fun this year and we will continue!

I will evaluate for next month in December so stay tuned! 🌲

Until then free Yoga in the Park (Auburndale) will resume on Tuesday, December 2nd at 10:45am so join in🧘‍♀️

Please remember that the first sign that our mental health is suffering isn't a su***de attempt or emotional breakdown.
It starts off with waking up exhausted–even after sufficient sleep, difficulty getting out of bed and doing the things we enjoy, lack of motivation, not having an appetite, gut issues, skin issues, low energy, decreased libido, feeling lost or stuck, slowly disassociating, brain fog, fatigue, irritability, self-sabotaging behaviours, disturbed sleep and many more subtle and discrete warning signs.

Your body speaks to you.
Listen to it before it has to scream.
