Please remember that the first sign that our mental health is suffering isn't a su***de attempt or emotional breakdown.
It starts off with waking up exhausted–even after sufficient sleep, difficulty getting out of bed and doing the things we enjoy, lack of motivation, not having an appetite, gut issues, skin issues, low energy, decreased libido, feeling lost or stuck, slowly disassociating, brain fog, fatigue, irritability, self-sabotaging behaviours, disturbed sleep and many more subtle and discrete warning signs.

Your body speaks to you.
Listen to it before it has to scream.

Your voice might be the most powerful healing tool you’ve never used. Scientists have discovered that something as simple as humming can increase nitric oxide levels in the body by an astonishing 1400 percent, creating a wave of calm that restores both body and mind.

Nitric oxide is a vital molecule that relaxes blood vessels, improves circulation, and supports the immune system. When you hum, vibrations travel through your sinuses and chest, stimulating the lining of your nasal passages to release more nitric oxide. The result? Better oxygen flow, reduced blood pressure, and a calmer nervous system.
