Join Meesh in Motion for a gentle Meditation & Sound experience surrounded by the beautiful antiques at Junely. Every piece in the room has a story, lovingly brought back to life by Kelly and her team, and it creates the most peaceful little pocket of calm to pause, breathe, and reset.

We’ll guide you through breathwork and soothing crystal bowl frequencies while you settle into the cozy vintage space. No experience needed, just come as you are.

I love baking and this is more than just a class for me. ❤️🍞

It’s an invitation to slow down, feel the love, and shut off the noisy parts of your brain while keeping the part that needs a moment for itself. ✨

Meditation doesn’t only happen on the mat
It happens in the kitchen. 🥣
It happens while working dough with your hands.
It happens when you cut into your first loaf that might not be the prettiest… but tastes amazing. 😌

I’ll teach you starter care, how to mix a loaf, and a few extra tips to make sourdough feel simple and approachable. 🍞✨

This is a hands-on sourdough class for beginners and curious bakers alike. Bring the family. Kids 13 & up are welcome to join. 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳
