Due to an increase in late cancellations and no-shows, we’ve updated our booking policy to ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time.
Starting today, all appointments will require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service total and helps secure your appointment slot.
Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s new:
• 💳 20% deposit required for all bookings
• 🚫 Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable
• ⏰ 24-hour notice required to reschedule without losing your deposit
• ❌ No-shows & same-day cancellations will result in loss of deposit and may require a higher deposit for future bookings
• ⌛ Arrivals 10+ minutes late may lose their appointment and deposit

We’re implementing this policy to ensure fairness and efficiency. No-shows and last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking and impact our ability to provide timely service. By confirming in advance, you help us maintain a smooth and reliable scheduling process.
