Good Morning,

I have made a few changes to my website and business.
My website now has an online appointment calendar so you can see what is available and book your appointments. It is set up to email me the notice and then return an email to you for confirmation. I may be a little behind on the latest technology, but I am finally moving forward.
My business is mobile, I no longer have an office. Still punctual service now at your home or office.
As usual you can always call me on my cell and I will return your call as soon as possible.

If you want an intense workout, do the Pilates, WOW, I did the class last night and my abs are screaming, my hips feel better aligned even my arms and shoulders are sharing the pain, okay not pain, but the feeling after a good workout that lets you know you have done some good, squeezing those toxins out. That's what I'm talking about. What's the use if you don't feel it!

Okay there is a 1st time for everything, right? I tried Zumba on Saturday, WOW! now I know why Noelia is in such great shape, I shook my a__ so much I thought loose change was going to fall out, and those 3 cookies I ate just before are minced. It was so much fun, we all looked like we never moved our hips before, you can loose weight just from laughing out loud and smiling so much, I loved it!

I took the 11:30 yoga class today because I could hardly tie my shoes my
back was such a mess, I am quite impressed, my low back has absolutely
no pain, I can really get into this inexpensive way to improve my life.

Such great news I just had to share>enjoy.

I am so proud of my instructors who have been amping up the marketing,
getting the word out and creating a new clientele list. It makes you
feel good to reach out to so many people and give them a healthy option
they can afford, that could potentially add years to their lives.

I just got back from my cruise to Bahamas with Madison, Rhonda and Nikki, it was a mother daughter trip, and although we did not see the daughters to often it was relaxing to get away and unwind from all the challenges I have faced the past couple of weeks. I'm sure I'm not the only one so I would suggest trying to find an escape even if it's 15 minutes.
