Thank you to Rachel at Lymphatics for a great Myofascial Lymphatic Massage training this past weekend!

Was able to help a client just today! Normally they want deep tissue work. We started the 90 minute session with 30 minutes of Myofascial Lymphatic Massage and noticed changes in fluid, tightness and restriction right away.
