Healing can often feel like a lonely road.
Knowing you have someone in your corner can help you show up and do the often boring everyday things that come with healing when you don’t feel like it.
This can be helpful when…
✨ you feel like you don’t have anymore steam in the tank to give
✨ the negative self-talk/ self-sabotaging patterns start to show up
✨ navigating symptoms that shift and change throughout the process. ❤️🩹
As an advanced level myofascial release practitioner, certified BodyMind Coach, yoga teacher, massage therapist for almost 20 years, and a reiki certified energy healer I help people feel lighter, more relaxed, and energized.
Being a professional body worker has taught me how to hold space for others during difficult times.
I started offering MFR self-care workshops to empower clients off the massage table who would come in for services every 2-4 weeks with “the usual” aches and pains so that they can gain greater body awareness, take responsibility for their healing process and support themselves in between massage sessions when minor aches and pains flare up.
Pain isn’t the issue that needs to go away. It’s a conversation.
If you’re struggling with chronic pain your body is asking for your attention.
Your body wants you to listen. It’s asking for your active participation.
Myofascial release therapy helps us learn healthy self-soothing habits for regulating an overwhelmed nervous system, brings awareness to self-sabotaging behaviors and the thoughts that fuel them, and gives us space to rest and restore in our fast-paced world.
The body will always give us honest feedback for how we are handling the stress of modern day life.
When we try to “hack” the system the body will respond accordingly and appropriately.
Healing takes as long as it takes.
The lessons learned during the healing process are important for our individual growth mentally, physically, and spiritually.
If that’s important to you I hope you will join me!
