✨✨✨✨UPDATED DATES✨✨✨✨

As a homeschooling mom I don’t pay attention to school vacation weeks… as a business owner I probably should lol…

We’re starting a week later so that anyone away for vacation week can join us!!!

✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

“Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime …” or something to that effect!

Myofascial release is a gentle, hands on, holistic approach to healing and pain management.

MFR is an advanced therapeutic bodywork rooted in science and the fascial system that helps your body’s natural healing process by supporting the body to come back to baseline.

Because one of the principles of working with fascia is that it can’t be forced, healing can take time.

I often say, “healing takes as long as it takes.”

The work we do on the table is just the start of a deeper healing process happening under the skin.

A release valve for pressure, shifting, reconfiguring, realigning with the goal of achieving homeostasis to regain balance within all systems affected by our healing symptoms.

The mind becomes quiet, the body feels at ease, our nervous system can finally breathe in calmness and overall we feel lighter and perhaps more energized.

If you can’t get in to see me at the boutique for bodywork on the table as often as you’d like (or as often as you need to) mfr self-care can help support you in the space between our sessions.

Myofascial Release (MFR) self-care is a skill that offers you a tool to help give your body consistent input to work with the healing process in real time.

Learning myofascial self-care helps you work through healing symptoms for a lifetime!!

My goal is for you to be able to navigate your unique healing process with ease and confidence by the end of this series.

🗓️ Starting on Wednesday, April 29th, a group of us will be meeting from 9-10:15am for five weeks at the new Garvin Room space (upstairs from the previous location in the Garvin Building) 3 High Street, Suite 6 in Sanbornville, NH to dive deeper into the practice of myofascial release (MFR) self-care.

Over the five weeks together we’ll address:

✨ The Technique of MFR self-care and myofascial release principles
✨ The Hips
✨ The Shoulders and Back
✨ The Knees and Legs
✨ The Heart Space

Are you in?

Healing can feel like a long and lonely road. You don’t have to face it alone.

Message me if you have questions or if you’re interested and want to sign up!!

This morning’s session was personal…

It’s been a while since I’ve rolled out on the foam roller but that was indeed what my body needed today. 🏀

I’m feeling inspired for this weekend’s MFR self-care workshop… no foam roller- just balls 😉

This workshop is designed for you! Learn the basic techniques and mfr principles with time to explore your fascial system.

As a massage therapist I’m able to speak to the mind, body, heart ♥️ mind, and energy in one session.

Fascia is the tangible part of us that reminds us of the interconnectedness between all things seen and unseen.

The way fascia weaves throughout the body connecting, supporting, gliding, sliding, and communicating helps us determine how we see the world and our next steps.

Fascia also brings to light habits worth changing.

Engaging with this whole body system shows us an honest picture of how we are living through our thoughts, how we move and feel every day.

If you have ever experienced myofascial release then you know it can inspire you to finally make healthy changes that become a part of your lifestyle.

MFR taps into the part of us that is tired of our outdated stories and that is ready for a more authentic expression of our lives.

Myofascial release (MFR) can fuel us to take action toward real change.

These monthly workshops are designed to help you move from stagnant to inspired.

Stop running in circles and step up into the 🌀 spiral of life.

Learn the art of slowing down in this fast-paced world.

Feeling and sleeping better is a common side effect of this foundational restorative practice.

Sign up and reserve your spot to join me Saturday, March 28th.

I’ll take you through a full body sequence incorporating therapy balls, mindful movements, and hands on myofascial release from yours truly to help you get a better feel for the technique.

We roll at noon!

Healing can often feel like a lonely road.

Knowing you have someone in your corner can help you show up and do the often boring everyday things that come with healing when you don’t feel like it.

This can be helpful when…

✨ you feel like you don’t have anymore steam in the tank to give

✨ the negative self-talk/ self-sabotaging patterns start to show up

✨ navigating symptoms that shift and change throughout the process. ❤️‍🩹

As an advanced level myofascial release practitioner, certified BodyMind Coach, yoga teacher, massage therapist for almost 20 years, and a reiki certified energy healer I help people feel lighter, more relaxed, and energized.

Being a professional body worker has taught me how to hold space for others during difficult times.

I started offering MFR self-care workshops to empower clients off the massage table who would come in for services every 2-4 weeks with “the usual” aches and pains so that they can gain greater body awareness, take responsibility for their healing process and support themselves in between massage sessions when minor aches and pains flare up.

Pain isn’t the issue that needs to go away. It’s a conversation.

If you’re struggling with chronic pain your body is asking for your attention.

Your body wants you to listen. It’s asking for your active participation.

Myofascial release therapy helps us learn healthy self-soothing habits for regulating an overwhelmed nervous system, brings awareness to self-sabotaging behaviors and the thoughts that fuel them, and gives us space to rest and restore in our fast-paced world.

The body will always give us honest feedback for how we are handling the stress of modern day life.

When we try to “hack” the system the body will respond accordingly and appropriately.

Healing takes as long as it takes.

The lessons learned during the healing process are important for our individual growth mentally, physically, and spiritually.

If that’s important to you I hope you will join me!
