Itโ€™s easy to get caught up in how much weight is on the bar, but proper form is what protects your joints, engages the right muscles, and prevents injury.

Moving well with lighter weight builds a stronger foundation than lifting heavy with poor mechanics. Over time, this not only keeps you safe but actually helps you gain more strength because your body learns to recruit the right muscles effectively.
