Happy New Year!

I wanted to share a quick update with you.

Beginning January 20, 2026, my session rates will be adjusting to better reflect the depth of work offered and to support the sustainability of my practice.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to book a session at my current rates, you’re welcome to do so through January 19, 2026—any sessions booked before that date will be honored at the current pricing, regardless of the appointment date.

As always, I’m deeply grateful for your trust and for allowing me to walk alongside you on your journey. This work continues to evolve, and I’m committed to showing up grounded, present, and fully supported in the space we share.

As we enter the final days of 2025 and reflect on the year, remember to be kind to yourself. It's okay if you didn't achieve all your goals; if things went sideways and you got off track. We made it through, that's all that counts. We can try again; we can even change our goals and intentions if we find something else is more aligned with our path. There is no right or wrong.

As the Wheel of the Year turns, we arrive at the Winter Solstice—the longest night and the quiet promise of returning light. 🌙✨

This is a sacred pause. A moment to honor what has ended, what has fallen away, and what no longer asks to be carried forward. In the stillness of winter, we are reminded that endings are not failures—they are thresholds.
