Good morning, lovelies.

I know I’ve been inconsistent lately, and I wanted to take a moment to share why. Many of you know I had surgery in June, and that recovery took me out of the flow for quite a while. During that time, I also found myself reflecting deeply on how I want to show up—for Spirit, and for all of you. That reflection naturally created some space and resulted in fewer posts from me.

I’ve been back to seeing clients on a limited basis since September, and I had hoped to return with more consistency this fall—sharing, teaching, and offering new opportunities for spiritual growth. Unfortunately, my health had other plans. While my surgical recovery has gone well, the trauma and stress triggered a severe Fibromyalgia flare. I was diagnosed three years ago and have managed it fairly well, but this fall the symptoms hit hard. The muscle pain and joint inflammation have been overwhelming, and I simply haven’t had the energy or focus to show up here the way I wanted. I’m truly sorry for that.

I’m now working closely with my doctors to get things back under control, and I’m hopeful that the new medications and therapies will help. 🙏 I want you to know that I’m still here, still working, and still planning some wonderful things for the new year.

On that note, I’ll be posting an event for December 14th—a small-group mediumship gallery reading as my gift to you for the holidays. Keep an eye out for the event link this week!
