Heading into spring/summer and hopefully less COVID restrictions, and thinking just how blessed we have been to have been in a position to give people hope, perseverance, accountability and most of all human interaction. Our Gold Medal studio many be tiny, but it’s oh so powerful! And I’ll be the first to admit, it’s been a life saver for me being able to work through and off stress and helping clients to do the same!

It’s been a while since I last posted for Gold Medal! Our WOD this morning was in celebration of Super Bowl weekend, but in reality it’s in celebration of these GM Champions that refuse to let circumstance get in their way! They’re all busy career driven women who are fighting for a better tomorrow! And I couldn’t be more proud of them!
