Two years ago, I had to start over. No staff. No systems. No clients. Just grit and a brand built on integrity.
More than once, people have tried to take this business from me in some form. And while I don’t agree with building off someone else’s hard work, I understand why they tried. Just Peachy isn’t easily duplicated—because it’s built on quality, compassion, consistency, and heart.
In 2.5 years of rebuilding, we’ve surpassed anything we ever did before. Not just in numbers, but in vision, culture, and the kind of people who choose to work here. We’re a team that genuinely cares. I lead with grace, compassion, expectations, and just enough discomfort to create real growth.
Rebuilding wasn’t hard. There were (and still are), two secret ingredients to this success— love people and love cleaning. That’s the replication formula.
I‘mmmmm Baaaaack!
For those of you who have followed Just Peachy, you know that in August of last year I went through a merger with another company.
In January of this year I sold my shares of that company and took 6 months off to regroup, mentor some other independent cleaners, spend some beautiful time with my kids, enjoy family and cooking a baby!
I have a passion for this brand and this industry. I put a lot of years into this career and without sounding boastful, I’m really good at it. Over the past 6 years I built a very reputable name and brand and I intended to see it grow even more in the coming months.
So here we are. Starting from the ground up! I get to experience business start up all over again. This time with a fresh perspective and a lot of experience.
